The calculators and planning tools are designed to run in your browser. Information entered into those tools is not submitted to Justin Bigelow or Dream Huge Realty unless you choose to send it by email or through an optional contact form.

Optional contact forms may send the information you enter, along with the planning choices shown in the form, to Dream Huge Realty's Brivity contact system. If you contact Justin, the information you provide may be used to respond to your request, discuss real estate services, and maintain the business relationship. Do not send sensitive financial account numbers, passwords, or identity documents through ordinary email.

You may use the public content and tools for personal educational and planning purposes. The site may be updated as market practices, public information, costs, and available resources change.
